The essence of the "perfect coaches"!!
Certain coaches connect with players more effectively, others have more game knowledge
and some are more organized and run better practices.
A focus of building knowledge, continuing to improve our individual strengths
while recognizing our weaknesses is the essence of the "perfect coach"
This philosophical "pause" was brought to you by the webmaster and may not be the express view of all NLDS executives!
