BATTING CAGE:

After much volunteer effort, fund-raising and persistence, North Langley Diamond Sports (in conjunction with The Township of Langley and the Province of BC) built a batting cage that was operational for the 2006 season.

Many thanx go out to John "Jock" Cameron, Guy Alberts, Steen Carlson and Clark Winterton for their countless volunteer hours that provided NLDS with an off season training facility!

Cage Availability - During the Season ( April, May & June):

The batting cage is used exclusively by NLDS baseball and softball teams during the playing season.  Each team is allocated a one hour time slot every 2 weeks.


Cage Availability - Off Season (July - March):

•     NL Baseball & NL Softball teams from withing NLDS - No charge.  NLDS coaches must book cage times and are required to offer this booked time to their entire team from the previous season.
•     Township of Langley registered team (not in NLDS) - $TBC per hour
•     Other outside association or individual - $TBC per hour.
